Posted by I’ve experienced how crucial and important play is in learning. I purchased these tiles a few months ago and my son was definitely not ready for them or so I thought. He clumped them together, tossed them around, stuck them all in a row and so I thought he doesn’t know how to use them since he’s not building anything.
Within the last few days his interest with them has grown. I find myself turning around and asking myself “Did he make that”. Curiosity and play are essential to learning!
Blocks, magnetic tiles and legos are great for creativity since they require a child’s imagination to work instead of having a list of rules to follow.
