In this activity we explored different types of sea animals. My son searched for them in the “Animalium” book. This book is filled with different pictures of animals and works well for matching activities. The animals used were from Michaels safari Ltd Toobs coral reef. We used several species of whales such as bottlenose dolphin, orca, great white, sperm whale, and dolphin calf for this as well. We also reinforced this activity by taking a trip to the aquarium and seeing some animals up close.
