Chocolate Balls

I’m always in search of healthy snacks or dessert alternatives. If it contains healthy superfoods then it’s a win-win situation for me. I came across this recipe that is quick, easy, healthy and tasty. My 3.5 yr old enjoys them and I don’t feel guilty giving it to him.

Chocolate balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Walnuts

1 1/3 cup pitted Dates

4 Tbps Cacao powder

2 tsp Vanilla extract

3 Tbps unsweetened shredded coconut

Mix all ingredients except shredded coconut in a food processor until well combined and form into balls. Roll balls in coconut.

Alternatively you can also mix the shredded coconut with all ingredients in food processor and will have less crumbs when eating.
