Posted by In this activity we explored the reaction between baking soda and vinegar. This was fun and exciting for my 3 yr old. There were a few drops of water based food color underneath the baking soda that came through when the vinegar was poured in. I talked to him about the reaction that these two liquids make and even though that was a little too advanced for him to understand he enjoyed pouring just enough vinegar and making sure it didn’t spill.
