Ground Chicken Dinner

This is another quick dinner idea for kids. This is a simple dish of ground chicken with veggies and a side of pickled cabbage which included shredded carrots, onions and drizzled with apple cider vinegar, salt and dried oregano.  This pickled cabbage is great for gut health with beneficial probiotics. The other sides include a quick guacamole recipe which is made by simply mashing one avocado and adding about 1/4 tsp or to taste of cumin, garlic, pepper, salt and onion powder.  This is a quick way of making guacamole that is healthy and flavorful. This dish is finished with some steamed broccoli.
