Easy breakfast

Mornings can be hectic so planning ahead and meal prepping is key to eating healthy. I usually try to plan my meals for the week as much as possible. I enjoy getting breakfast ready in the morning that just requires heating up. This is a quiche that can be pre-made and refrigerated or frozen. Its packed with veggies like Zucchini, Spinach, tomatoes, and onions. Serve it with some fruit and breakfast is served!
