Posted by In this activity we combined a walk with collecting different plants, leaves, pine cones etc.
We did this early in the fall and the leaves were just starting to change in color. This is definitely something that we can revisit with the different changes in season. We used the book “Botanicum” which is visually stunning with large pictures that exhibit diverse and remarkable plant life. We were able to find this book at our local library and explore it before deciding if we wanted to buy it.
