Posted by This fun and engaging activity served to create letters out of edible pretzel dough. This is a great way to practice creating the letters of their name. After each letter is made it is placed on a cookie sheet and baked.
Recipe for dough:
4 cups of flour
1 yeast packet
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup warm water
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and give enough dough to make each letter of their name. Brush tops with egg wash and bake at 425 for 8 minutes.
